Our Opening Times

We are now open longer - until 9 pm every weekday and from 6am certain mornings:
  • Monday, Thursday and Friday: 7:30am-9:00pm (Closed 2:00pm-3:00pm)
  • Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00am-9:00pm (Closed 2:00pm-3:00pm)
  • Saturday 8:30am-3:00pm
  • Sunday 8:30am-6:00pm
Sessions/classes start (almost) every half-hour on the half-hour and last for up to 90 minutes. You simply book whatever time suits you.

Our Location Is Superb

We are located just off Upper Street in the heart of Islington, North London.
This is within easy reach of King's Cross, Clerkenwell, The Barbican and The City, and within a couple of miles of Holloway, Camden, Kentish Town, Bloomsbury and Holborn.
